follow instructions. use a tack hammer to install nails. You can run a screw driver down a seam to bend strip out.

I bought this item because of cold air was entering between my door and the jam my house is 60 years old. Simiular item was just felt and did not work. I installed the productt and shut the door and immediately i could tell a big difference. no air was entering into my living room. So I had enough product to put on my back door and what a difference this product can do for not letting cold air into your home.

I had to search far and wide to find this product. I am upgradding an old door on my 1958 house and want to replace what I am sure is original bronze spring type weather stripping. There is nothing wrong with the current stripping. The previous owner was a little sloppy with the paint brush and I just want to freshen up the entryway. This system works so well it actually creates a vaccum between the main door and storm door, no leaks. Ahh the good old days when people designed things to last, what happened America? Thank you ACE.

I have a pair of old New Orleans French Doors leading from my kitchen to the rear courtyard. They have been the main source of cold air entering the house since I installed them a year ago. I remembered the old bronze weatherstripping on my last house and ran to Ace Hardware. I installed this in 20 minutes and am really amazed at how well it works. I found no drafts around the doors after I finished the installation.

After 40 years the original bronze weatherstripping on the house needs to be replaced.
I love this stuff. It looks so much nicer than the newer foam/tape stuff and it works! Thanks Ace for stocking it! Let's hope it (and I both) last another 40 years.
