I use these for painting and staining and they are easy to move around, hold my boards (and doors - which are around 300 lbs) Very glad I got these!

These folding sawhorses are the best to be found. I have 3 pair. I add a 2 x 8 to the top giving a wider flat working surface and a barrier so that if my circular saw is set too deep, I don't cut into the steel top. It also adds some strength and left longer on one end, the 2 x 8 gives an easy way to hang on the garage wall to store.
My only issue is the handling of the last pair. I bought thru Ace Hardware on their web site and had them delivered to the my closest store. I would recommend purcase at the store only. Mine had been dropped, bent and twisted during the rough shipping. I was able to straighten out most issues and the 2 x 8's have covered the crumpled corners.
These are not the most expensive sawhorses you can find out there, but for my money, they are the best to be found!!

These are great. Cannot recommend anything better for light use. They are strong, lightweight, and easy to use. Much better than the flimsy plastic ones that I used to have. Perfect for me since a lot of my jobs are on the 5th floor of a building with no elevator. Just a classic good product like dad used to have. Oh, and just in case you were wondering, yes they are lighter and easier to handle than the plastic ones.
