Comments about ACE HARDWARE Ace® Self-Adhesive Pile Weatherstrip:

I have a vinyl dog door flap that needs a mosquito seal at the edge. This works well for my purpose, but would benefit from a much stronger adhesive in my application. I'm sure the adhesive is good enough for the intended use of this seal, but I need an adhesive that will hold when the furry body of a big dog brushes against it, as he passes through the dog door opening. I have to renew the seal periodically; it lasts about 200 dog passages before it comes loose.
