Great for brewing. Very uniform boil (with lid on). I was concerned about the distance from the bottom of the pot to the burner, but it seemed to have very little effect. The burner ran well and didn't seem to use up a lot of propane.

I have a large stone, wood grill for parties. The Bayou Classic Patio Stove allows for steaming of corn, lobster or muscles without taking up valuable grill space over the fire.
