Easy to set up. I would no sooner get my feeder refilled and here came the ants! I was so annoyed. Had tried everything. I put this up and within 30 minutes NO MORE ANTS!! I watched the ants crawl down the hanger and back up it was wonderful. I had to laugh I thought I finally got YOU!! My husband was sceptical at first he said it wouldn't work. So when I said no more ANTS it was GREAT!!!!

I could barely keep up the with nector fills, because the ants kept drinking the feeders dry. After hanging the guards, my ant problems were GONE! Now the birds can eat again!! I have found nothing that works as good or as easy.

Our hummingbird feeders really attract the ants! We tried everything including Vaseline, but that was REALLY messy!!! Read somewhere about ant guards and decided this year to get one since the ants took over the feeder. Found this one and decided "what the heck". We really had our doubts. It stated the ants would be gone within 24 hours and BEFORE the 24 hours THEY WERE GONE! Have not had ants on the feeder since. YAY!!!
Well, we now have more feeders, so we need to get more ant guards. Guess which one we are getting.....
