I purchased this as a lighter alternative to wearing my framing gear. I usually do not buy this type, but wanted something lighter for Trim and Finish work. It is VERY comfortable and there is PLENTY of storage. The leather is already "worked in" due to the suede and it is comfortable from the first time you use it. Surprisingly, this has become my first choice even when doing light framing. Certainly seems like it will hold up quite well. Good product, and center pouch easily holds a standard 25 ft tape.
