The product was fine. My reception in the store was not. I used a wrong term in describing the item and one clerk and then another ran off to get it before I had finished my description of what the box would look like. Coming back after not having found it, they then listened to me and found it right away. They made known their displeasure to me, but the fault was theirs for not listening. They were not busy at the time, so that was not a factor
