Comments about Dap® Concrete Floor Level and Patch (10416):
I mixed up as directed and even added extra water to bring to suggested consistency. I used a drill with attachment to mix. After mixing in excess of 5 minutes, i still had clumps and it was pancake consistency. Added more water and mixed more. Needless to say, it didn't move much when poured on floor and had to trowel it and now it's just a mess.
