Comments about Jasco® Silicone Grout Sealer (0432) - 6 Pack:
Consider using a water-based penetrating acrylic sealer (it is even easier to use, and lasts several years) or a water-based membrane-forming epoxy sealant (easy to use, lasts many years, makes the grout smoother for easier clean-up, and may be colorized). Although silicone provides an effective barrier for only 6-12 months, enough is present after years that other sealants cannot penetrate so silicone must be reapplied.
