Tools/smooths out better than other elastomeric caulks I've used. Stays flexible. Really.
Does split when used thinly on highly flexible surfaces, eventually. When using the clear version, take care to inspect your work for missed spots. It's hard to see holes & gaps in this since it's so clear. That same clarity makes it supreme for siding to brick and other surfaces that aren't to be painted or painted at some other time.
