This grate fits snuggly in my small fireplace. It is sturdy and has enough holes to allow for air flow. I was able to order online and pick it up at my local Ace with no shipping charge. Very convenient way to keep down the cost!

I use the fire place grate in a prefabricated fireplace. It is well build and easy to handle. it has a high enough clearance to allow an air draft to flow underneath.

This item crack and melted through after two small fires. I bought it in September and did not use it until November. which means my 30 days warrenty was over. I could not returned it.

This grate is made of very thin cast iron. I built one fire in it and it cracked in three places in the first 30 minutes. Returned for refund.
