Use on newly installed or very clean tile and your tile will stay mildew-free, in stained, and looking new for years. This is the best product we have ever used. It was recommended by the tile installer, an artist in tile, and he was spot on with. His praise for the product.

Except for washing with plain water, this is the only product our tile installer recommends using on ceramic tile floors. Even vinegar and water can be too harsh, he says. So I use water most of the time and every month or two use this. It has a very pleasing citrus-based smell and makes the floors look great.
