had to drill one hole through multiple materials. epoxy, then aluminum then aggregate(aluminum oxide). did not use hammer or lube,went through fairly well. i drilled over 60 holes with one bit. I'm very happy it worked, let alone for that long. Did have to use press @ 2000 RPM. Didn't cut as well after 2 or 3 holes. I would not have been able to continue without a press.

I ran short on a job while drilling open a safe door of my usual drill bits, and grabbed some of these as a desperation act, hoping to finish the job.
Was I suprised! These drilled through the hardened steel like butter, with no lubricant, where a cobalt steel drill bit had given up.
