This is my second Nail Master. I started out with the Nail Master ET100 about 5 years ago for building cases and it's 1" brad length was perfect. I used it all of that time with no problems at all.
Recently I had to re-install some wall base boards and crown molding so I wanted something with a little more punch. I thought the ET200's extra 1/4" capacity would fit the bill.
While I was waiting for it to be delivered I read the reviews on it and started getting nervous. So by the time I picked it up I was ready to put it to the test. I Put it up against my ET100 and Craftsman 19.2v Cordless nailer. The Craftsman had the same brad length as the ET200.
OK, here is the skinny. The ET200 is too light to be used one handed. You have to put your other hand on top of the motor and brace it firmly. I also noticed when I didn't have a death grip on the handle when I pulled the trigger, I got better results.
After a few shots I was able to figure out a rhythm that allowed me to power through 7/16 mdf base boards in a few rooms with only a few brad heads sticking up. The gun has plenty of power to shoot the 1 1/4" brad. It is just a matter of managing the mass and recoil of the gun.

Did anyone ever take one of these babies apart to find out what was wrong or to look at the mechanic's of this gun? Could any one of you build one of these for less than [$]? There isn't a nail/brad/staple( I don't care what brand or make) gun out there that doesn't jam on occasion. I have used my Nail Master 2 successfully for one to 2 years before it jammed and quit on me. The problem, ( and the manufacture should address this issue ), is the brad will get jammed in the chamber and instead of signaling to quit operation, it sends a signal to the resistors etc. that gun is in progress. As far as I know, there is no internal "breaker" or fuse to disengage activity. However, that being said ( I swore to myself I would never use that phrase!), if their is a malfunction/jam/stall, then simply unplug it and loosen the one or two screws on the front ( or take one of them out)of the brad dispenser(plastic to metal), then plug it back in and shoot a brad. You'll see that the jammed brad will come out and all is well. If you wait too long while it is plugged in, then it will burn itself out.Instruction manual need's more instruction.Troubleshooting should be included.R&D may have been a bit relaxed, but all in all, I think this is a good product for the money. What is the alternative for this piece of equipment? I've looked, and @ this price, there isn't any that I know of.

Comments about ARROW FASTENER Arrow® Heavy Duty Electric Nail Gun (ET200D):
I bought this nailer to install trim in my house. Brand new out of the box, the nailer started jamming up after I drove 6 nails. To clear the jam I had to remove the two screws at the top of the nail guide, take it appart and put it back agin and agin. I spent more time working on the gun than I did actually working on my projects. I tryed oiling the nail guide, using smaller nails, everything to keep it from jamming. Also, nails over 1-1/4" I had to finish driving with a hammer, which I could live with it it wouldn't jam. I through it in the trash yesterday. Do not buy this gun.

can't even counter sink into sheetrock. totally worthless--didn't think i needed a heavy duty nail gun for trim work, but this thing leaves more than 1/4" exposed in trim.

Agree with most others comments. Hard to believe it has ARROW on it. Wish they had a troubleshooting number to call with this baby.... ya need it! Returned item after 10 shots couldn't find another one on the shelf that worked in the store to trade for. (brought my own board and nails which I had purchased with the first gun) Bought another brand. Didn't even check that one in store. Figured my odds to be far better it just might work!

Comments about ARROW FASTENER Arrow® Heavy Duty Electric Nail Gun (ET200D):
I have had my E200 for about 1 year. Have used it to reinforce birdhouses ( 1/8" stock) and to hang crown molding and baseboards (which I have not done yet). At this point I have used about 1/2 box of 3/4" nails but have tried 1" and 1 1/4". It has the power to drive the nails. My gripe is the engineering ! Like others my stapler is burned up. I was totally shocked when it happened. I was nailing down a couple of loose areas of 1/8" paneling. ( I restore houses for a living). I had shot about 6 nails and suddenly nothing happened. My assumption was that it was empty. I pulled the trigger again. Nothing happened. When I started to reload a strip of nails fell out. My next thought was that the receptacle wasn't working. I plugged it into several other receptacles and realized the motor was burned up. I don't abuse tools. There is a serious flaw in this product. It should be a fool proof tool.... but

This thing worked great. You do have to press it with both hands to get a solid nail. We used the 1 inch nails on some molding and it worked like a charm. It definitely made it easier than dealing with an air compressor and all that other stuff. Just plug in and shoot. I say give it a shot.

1 small (floor base in 5x8 bathroom) project and halfway through the motor smoked and burned out. Not worth the 1 star I had to give it to write the review.

Comments about ARROW FASTENER Arrow® Heavy Duty Electric Nail Gun (ET200D):
I would not even give this one star for a rating. The first one I had worked fine through one loading of brads. The following day, I loaded it again and got one shot out of it, then nothing. I returned it and got another one. This time it made it through one and a half lines of brads, laid it down to do something else, smelled something burning, looked at the nailer and there was smoke coming out of it. I wasn't even using it at the time. So I will be returning this one for a refund. Arrow staplers have been around longer than I can remember and I'm 53 years old and they have always had quality products. They really need to do something about this gun. It is not only junk, what if I had been in another room for a longer time and a fire had started? It needs to be removed from the shelves as a safety hazard.
Comments about ARROW FASTENER Arrow® Heavy Duty Electric Nail Gun (ET200D):
Had 2 of these. 1st one fired once & burned out. 2nd one fired 7 times and burned out. However VERY EASY TO RETURN! Clerk had no problem understanding why I brought it back! Don't subject yourself to the frustration.
Comments about ARROW FASTENER Arrow® Heavy Duty Electric Nail Gun (ET200D):
Tried 3 of these guns. All did the same as the previous reviewer. Same foul smelling electrical burn. How can a product such as these be on the market? Please Ace....get rid of them. Your quality is much better than to carry such junk. I rate it 0 also.
Comments about ARROW FASTENER Arrow® Heavy Duty Electric Nail Gun (ET200D):
Bought this gun about 6 months ago and was excited to finally getting around to using it to install some 1/4" moulding. After less than 50, non-consecutive shots the motor had a foul burning smell coming from it and has since refused to fire. No, there isn't a nail jam going on! What a piece of junk! I would have given a rating of -0 instead of a "1" , but it wasn't an option!!!
