I love this product! It replaced a completely worn out mailbox for my apartment. I like the peace of mind it gives me with the security lock feature since I live in a city. The only thing not so great was the fact that I was looking for assembly screws for putting the mailbox on the outside of the apartment house. I did find my own that worked great for this purpose. Not everyone would have these, though. Otherwise, fabulous product.
