Stopped all but that ONE daring squirrel who would leap from a branch 8 ft away. He would hold onto that hook so tight until the feeder stopped swaying and then jump to another feeder from the top of it. Guess it worked on that particular feeder but not if the others are in close proximity to the top of this baffle.

I've tried everything to keep squirrels from climbing the bird feeder poles. This baffle works like a charm. The squirrels have never gotten past it yet (1 year) and they are still trying everyday. I just ordered another today from ACE to put on a humming bird and finch feeder that the sqirrels have gotten so hard up they have ruined them.
