There was a time most recently where as a cost measure, the company used galvanized bolts. Given the corrosiveness of the sump discharge, the bolts were corroding and the pump fell apart. Great cost savings?????

I installed this pump in a 5 gallon bucket in my yard to move water to the ditch. The length of 1 1/4 pvc pipe is about 125 ft. This pump does a great job at moving the water that far. Overall I have no problems with this pump, it is excellent with a 3 year warranty.
