Never did get to use it.
I followed the instructions on how to change the code.
Couldn't turn the reset wheel without a pliers.
Never got it open. Lucky that I was testing it before I put the key in it.

I only had this product for 30 days and it no longer works. My key was stuck inside and the combination would not work. Had to break the lock in order to remove key. [...]. Spend a little bit more and buy the master lock.
