I have been looking for a light weight extension ladder that I could stand up and use on my own. I have a 32 ft ladder that take 2 people to stand up. This ladder is perfect for me. I can easily stand it up and move it around. It is tall enough to get up to my 2nd story roof. It may not be suitable for large guys but for me it is perfect. It is solid and I feel perfectly safe.
I am a 64 year old, 135 lb woman and this is perfect for me. I wish I had this years ago.

This is a excellent ladder for home use. I can lift and maneuver this ladder with ease. Even fully extended it felt secure and I am a 225lbs. For some individuals a heavier ladder may get away from them which could cause a injury or damage. I would recomend this ladder for home use only.

not sure if I got a defective one in light of the other reviews, but neither I nor my painters could use this at anything close to full extension - the lower section is stable; the upper section moves and shakes. not recommended.

Exactly what I wanted. Long enough to clean gutters above second floor but short enough to set up without footing, very light for easy handling, very easy to extend and retract. The only drawback I've found is that the rope is a little too short (comes untied from bottom rung) and too narrow ( occasionally gets jammed in pulley).
