I replaced the tank hardware of an American Standard toilet. Everything fit fine. The instructions are very clear and complete. The kit I bought differed from that in the photo: it had stainless steel bolts, washers and nuts (better than brass or galvanized steel), and it had 3, not 6 (as shown), of the rubber gaskets, washers and nuts. The bag of fasteners and gaskets in the plastic clamshell package (an easy-open type) was obscured by the instruction sheet, in both of the packages at the store, so I could not determine the quantity of those pieces. However, the kit was adequate. (I was planning on using two rubber gaskets, washers and nuts on each bolt, sandwiching the tank between gaskets, but I had to reassemble it the way it had been before. It works fine.)
