This is The American icon of sleding. It is still well made, has excellent steering, and the 60" model seats two adults. I bought two, one for myself/grand daughter and one for other family members. I suggest you apply 4 coats of spar varnish, lightly sanding in between coats. Let it dry over night and apply the next coat. This will preserve the sled and make it last a lifetime. When you show up on the slopes with a Flexible Flyer, everyone takes notice and druels. I am disappointed it is now made in China, but it has retained the same workmanship that made Flexible Flyer famous. If you are looking for a well made, safe, lighting fast sled, this is it.
