Not user friendly when changing the combination. Numbers can randomly move if you are not carefull. If numbers move without you knowing it, you have a locked lock that you can not open and is junk.

While this lock may be strong, it is not user friendly. I purchased 4. One of them does not lock unless it is slammed shut, and then sometimes it seems locked but you can open it by pulling on it. The biggest flaw though is the portion of the lock where the combo numbers are. The bottom of the lock and the tumblers are bright chrome with black numbers. While this looks very fancy it makes the numbers very difficult to read in bright sunlight, and near impossible in the dark while shinning a flashlight on it. The light just reflects back in your eyes and you can't read the numbers. I had 2 other people look at it and they could not read the numbers either. I had to scuff up all of the chrome so it would not reflect the light so I could read the numbers. The other 2 combo locks that I have (1 by Master Lock, and another by Airbus) are not designed this way and are much easier to read.
