I own a restaurant and we open big number 10 cans with this can opener. We have used big expensive, commercial can openers over the years until i found this can opener. It's cleaner and faster and just as durable as the big table mounted commercial can openers. I guarantee this can opener will be the last one you'll ever own. This can opener makes it feel like you are cutting through butter. You do not need any extra pressure to turn. The handle is larger than expected but it is well worth the room it takes up. It grabs a hold of the can and you can literally lift the can up inn the air. The handle needs the extra room to turn fully but it is so smooth and requires little effort to turn. I really recommend this for any body who hates the normal hand crank openers and wants to cut through the cans quickly and effortlessly. my little daughter had no problem using this.
