This shower had three settings: normal shower, message, and a water saver setting that would allow you to "soap-up" without wasting water while maintaining the water temperature that you like. I found the normal shower setting to be so weak in pressure, that I had to switch over to the message setting to rinse the soap off my body and hair. I'm all for conserving water, but we still need to get the job done. Perhaps a shower that has a high pressure setting for rinsing, a nornal (conservative) setting for getting wet and a water saver setting when soaping-up.

This is a great little shower head. I like several things about it:
It has a "thumb lever" to switch from regular to pulsating. I hand an older one that required rotating the outer ring. With soapy hands this was quite difficult.
It was very easy to install. I had it up and running in less than ten minutes. One suggestion is to pre-assemble the hose to the shower head and the bracket, all that's left is to connect the bracket to the water pipe adapter.
It has a water saving feature that cuts the flow of water down to a trickle. The buttons on each side are very easy to push.
One thing this is misleading is that it uses a plastic hose. I thought the hose was the metal-clad type, since that's what it looks like in the package. The plastic hose takes a while to lose its "memory" after being inside the package.
My last Water Pik shower head lasted about 4 years of 4 times daily use by two people and I expect this one to last at least that long.
