I wanted a hose reel for winding up our hoses that did not have to sit on the ground. I was able to install this wall mounted hose reel high enough so I don't have to bend over to use it. With the swivel, the reel follows me so it the hose doesn't kink up if I have to take the hose at an angle to the reel. The best part is that because it swivels, I don't have to hand feed the hose into the reel when winding it back up.
The reel itself is very heavy duty and looks like it will hold up well for years.
