The overall quality of design and materials are very good.
However, if your door jams and door are not perpendicular (at exact right angles) be prepared to do some blacksmithing or unsightly shimming.
Care must be taken to make sure that the alignment of the mounting brackets are perfect or the right angle locking bar will not align. Because the fit is so tight, there's little room for error.
Proper installation of this item might be a bit much for the casual, do it your selfer.
The results are well worth the effort, because this locking system would be very difficult defeat by the common criminal, providing, of course, you use the recommended locks,suggested by the manufacturer.
