Wahpeton Ace Hardware

Ted and Sarah Pietron started in the hardware business in 2001. The store was affiliated with True Value Hardware and located at 403 Dakota Avenue. In 2005 they switched to Ace Hardware and moved to the former Stenerson lumber facility. In 2009 they expanded to the the former warehouse area of the store when the original Wahpeton Ace location was sold by the landlord to the neighboring Stamart store. Wahpeton Ace Hardware has prided itself in maintaining itself as a small town business. Most customers are known by their first name and are helped by staff that are their friends and neighbors. Customers get the best of both worlds when shopping at Wahpeton Ace. They still get personal service and knowledgeable staff that care about their needs, while enjoying the wide array of product offered by Ace at a competitive price.
