I got a free quart during the new paint promotion. It was interior flat paint. But, I needed to repaint my front door. I painted one coat with a few touch-ups. I used less than 1/4 of the quart. It covers great! Then I decided to paint my birdbath to match my door. It looks terrific! And, though I have had water in it for a month and refilled it with a powerful stream of water, none of the Clark+Kensington has come off. I'm going back to the store and buy paint for several rooms. This paint is a joy to work with. Thank you Ace for this great paint!

Very disappointed in the coverage of this paint. I'm using semi gloss to paint the skirt and legs of a table after doing all the right things to prep the surface. I've got 3 coats on and I still need to do more. I'm not sure that even 4 or 5 coats of this paint will do the job. Be prepared for a lot of work if you buy this paint it really looks terrible.

I was worried about roller marks and such, but as the paint dried, it looks great. This paint is very good and the price is outstanding when compared to big box stores. I am definitely getting more paint from Ace.

I painted my kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor shed all using this brand of paint. I was extremely pleased with the coverage. I only needed one coat for all surfaces, and I even painted over dark wall paper with a light coral-colored paint! I really like this paint and for nearly $20.00 less per gallon than other "top" brands, it's excellent.

I went to a local Ace store that was gving a quart of this paint out for free. I have used numerous of paints before such as bher and Glidden which both had the primer already in the paint. I must say after testing this paint I was surprised how well it covered my dark wall without having to go over the wall again and again. I will continue to use this paint because it worked better for me for that little job or big job. Greatly Satisfied

After seeing the glowing Consumer Reports review, I choose this paint over the more expensive Benjamin Moore Aura. Big mistake, since I now have to go back to buy another gallon due to poor coverage, even after three coats. I am painting creamy white over taupe. So what would have taken one day with Aura will now take two days plus a two-hour round trip drive back to the Ace store. Don't believe the coverage claims unless you are painting over a very similar color.

I just got done painting two bedrooms with another retailers paint that I can't mention the name due to ACE POLICY. Those two rooms required just one coat, and covered beautifully.

I am on coat 3 with the Port of Bordeaux from Ace and you can still see brush strokes and different shades of color. It is thin and runny and doesn't cover. I will never purchase this paint again, and it makes me serious question Ace shopping in general.

I bought this brand of paint because it was recommended by a popular consumer magazine. I buy quality brushes and rollers. I was incredibly disappointed this paint left roller marks. I've never experienced that with the Behr paint. Plus, I expected a paint with primer to have great coverage. This paint did not. Granted I was painting over a light neon green but had to use 2 heavy coats. The store did a great job of matching the color but I won't buy this paint again.

I've used this in my bathroom and bedroom. I was a little worried about using it in the bathroom since it is a water-based product but, it has held up great. Very easy to use. Dries quickly. No harsh paint smells. Cleans easily. Great price.

I usually buy paint at one of the big box stores but decided to try the ACE paint to support local business. Was VERY disappointed with the poor coverage. Ended up taking three coats and it wasn't even a "difficult" cover job. Can't begin to image trying to cover anything difficult with this paint. The price is nice but I'd have been better off with the more expensive paint and fewer coats.

I picked up a free sample and used it to cover a previously painted wall that was actually a darker color than the sample. It covered the wall really well with just one coat so I was very happy with that and most likely will buy this paint again.

This paint covers very well. Much better that other paints we have tried. Red is a difficult color to get good coverage with, but Clark+Kensington covered nicely with one coat. I highly recommend it.

This paint was great - excellent coverage in one coat - one gallon covers 120 square feet easily - went on smoothly, quickly and covered a multitude of other paint sins. Very pleased with quick drying and very low odor. Will I use it again? ABSOLUTELY!!!

I bought this paint in semigloss for my kitchen....two colors, one dark and one light. I only bought a quart of the dark because it was only going to cover one small wall-and I was painting over new "apartment white" so I assumed I would need only one coat. WRONG!! The coverage was awful-I only managed to cover 1/2 of the one wall! After two coats I admit it looks awesome but paint and primer-at these prices-should cover better than that. On a more positive note, the gallon of the very light color covered quite well, though I still had to do two coats to get the full depth of color I wanted. All in all, considering the hype about this being "paint and primer" and covering in one coat it was a poor choice. Next time I'm going back to Benjamin Moore.

I decided on a whim to try this new paint line from Ace, and LOVED it! I painted blue over dark brown walls, and could almost have left it at one coat. I did two just to be safe, but it went on so smooth and had great coverage. Just bought more to paint another room this week!

This paint covers great! After years of using high end paints I can say that the coverage of this paint is very similar without the hefty price tag. I have painted several rooms in my house with this paint and love how easy it covers. I am sold!

This product is not really paint and primer. You can not paint over it without it covering evenly.You can see the other paint through it.This paint is not worth the price.

Tried the new line of paints at Ace and have to say that to my surprise it was a good paint with excellent coverage and hiding power. I am sick and tired of paying top dollar for the "other" paint so I gave this a try. I would use this paint again.
