I'm sorry the person in the other review had problems. For me, I will not use anything else.
I had a severely clogged drain. Water would backup into the sink after running the water for only 15 -20 seconds.
I tried a whole bottle of Draino and a whole bottle of Liquid Plumber. They didn't work. Also tried the Cleaning Crystals. Same failed result.
Then, I bought the Enforcer Drain Care bottle. The instructions said 1 oz of cleaner flushed w/ 16 oz. of warm water. It also said for severely slow/clogged drains, use 8 oz. of cleaner w/ 16 oz. of watm water. Stated to repeat for 3 days.
In 2 applications, the drain is completely clean! I ran the water for 2 minutes just to be sure. No backups!
I'm extremely satisfied w/ this product and bought an extra bottle to keep under the sink. I will never use anything else.

Waste of Money. I followed instructions exactly, doing daily applications over a 3 day period and it had absolutely no effect on slow drain, so I ended up pouring the entire bottle down the drain and let it sit overnight. Next morning, drain had no improvement in water flow.
I then bought a bottle of liquid plumber and half an hour later had a free flowing drain.
