I have used this silicone exclusively for the past five years and have never had any problems with it. When applied correctly, this caulking lasts way longer than any that I've tried in the past.

We remodeled our bathroom and wanted a really good caulk to ensure no water seepage. This seemed like the ideal product until we put it on. It was so hard to get out of the tube my husband and to use both hands on the caulk gun. We have waited over 7 days for this to dry and it still isn't. I am in the process of taking it off so we can reseal with another product. We are extremely disappointed!

i thought this was excellant caulking for the tub. i tried acrylic silicone previously and it kept cracking.i decided to try this cause it was 100%silicone.it went on very good and was easy to smooth out,it has not cracked yet and looks good. it also has a cap to put back on tube if you have some left over,good idea.also don't have to wait a day or two to take a shower.

While tasked to replace the caulk around a tub, I purchased this product. When I got home to use it I prepared it like any other tube of caulk. However this product has an extra step. It has an inner seal beyond the tip that you have to stick a nail into to get the caulk into the tip. When I found a nail long enough to reach the bottom of the tip, the hole had to be widened to accept the nail. No other products I know have this extra step to pierce an inner seal and I would not buy this product again.
