These are great a TEMPORARY saw horses. Set up is quick and easy. Break down is just as fast. And when broken down they do not take up as much space.

These sawhorse brackets are versatile and convenient. They allow a variety of materials to be used for the supporting surface (I've been using 2"x6" pieces 36" in length). Rather than the typical jaw-type sawhorse brackets which grip the edge of supporting lumber, these brackets produce sawhorses with a broader contact surface to support the work. I have one complaint: if you're prone to tossing your sawhorses around or over-tighten the wingnut which clamps the legs in place, the plastic body can crack, leaving the sawhorse bracket unable to hold the legs securely. I've had 8 pairs of these brackets and have had two brackets fail in 3 or 4 years, and I admit I am not overly cautious in moving and using the sawhorses. I plan to continue buying these brackets as the pros far outweigh the cons.
