Comments about Weldbond® Adhesive:
When I went to pick up the product my local store was given no paperwork attached to this product so they did not know who it was for or even that it was paid for.

Comments about Weldbond® Adhesive:
First got this product from a mosaic website. This stuff works unbelievably well for adhering tile to mesh. I've used for both stone tile and ceramic tile on mesh. Tip - I place waxed paper between the mesh and design to prevent the glue from sticking to my paper design. I'm so happy to find this available from my local Ace Hardware.

Comments about Weldbond® Adhesive:
I found this product in Florida and have used to fix rubber leather, plastic, cardboard, paper and about everything that needs repair and fixing. This is the best i have ever used, and I have bought all types of cements, glues, adhesives, etc. Have at least 10 different brands in my closet, none even come close to being as good. The only reason i have all the other brands was when i returned to MA, i didn't bring a bottle home with me. I couldn't find it in the Home Centers in the Northeast. You can be sure I will buy and bring back to the Northeast. Thanks Weldbond. You have saved me hundreds of dollars in doing repairs and not having to replace so many items.I do recommend using clamps and leaving at least over night or 24 hours. I can't live without a bottle of this stuff.

Comments about Weldbond® Adhesive:
I am a self professed glass artist. decades of scrap glass accumulated. My neighbor was taking a circular glass top no base to the curb. I stopped and reclaimed the glass, not know ing how to use it. I met a glass artist at a art show and she recommended weldbond, I bought some. Moasic! "Glass on glass moasic" came to mind and I used recently purchased weldbond, I tried a few pieces glued in place, the next morning, not only was the glass firmly in place, the glue dries clear" This is a fantastic product!!

Comments about Weldbond® Adhesive:
In 1996 (YES!) I returned from Mexico with a personalized ceramic porcelain name plate for the front of my brick home. I searched and searched for a product to attach this plate to the brick. I found WELDBOND, and I only needed a garden rake leaned up against the plate overnight to hold it there and adhere. IT STILLS HANGS THERE!
I rarely need adhesive and have used that bottle sparingly. Now,in August 2008, and after many moves, I searched and found the SAME BOTTLE OF WELDBOND, and it is still liquid and still does the job as great as ever. (BAD NEWS FOR THE MAKER, but GREAT FOR CONSUMERS!)

Comments about Weldbond® Adhesive:
After cleaning, I used this product to seal and beautify an old brick/mortar fireplace that I found in my home. The brick and mortar were both very old and soft. I thinned Weldbond with water (50/50), brushed it on, and after several coats, the brick and mortar were sealed to a point where I could no longer loosen mortar from between the joints of the brick with my fingers. The bricks were no longer bleeding red onto my fingers. After a few more coats of thinned Weldbond the brick and mortar built up a very nice sheen. It has been 7 years since I did this and it still looks awesome!

Comments about Weldbond® Adhesive:
I used it to reattach some pieces of slate from my walk that frost had split off. Likewise, frost had split the mortar joint between two bricks. The repairs are still tight some 20 years later and subject to the weather. It is terrific for normal use on wood. Cleanup is a snap.

Comments about Weldbond® Adhesive:
I use it to adhere cement castings of baby hands & feet (sometimes with parents hands) in shadow boxes & on pieces of granite. My business cannot afford to have a flimsy glue. It does a great job! Just when I think something might be too heavy, it's not.

Comments about Weldbond® Adhesive:
I've wrapped tool handles with rope(better grip) and coated the rope with it,the same or similar on walking sticks or canes. Glued wood, leather and paper together to make machete sheath, coated same. Easy to use, diluted it with water for coating. Even soaked wood to make it stronger. So far in my usage ,no cons.

This is the best glue. I use it on everything and have yet to find anything it won't hold. Just make sure you use clamps and let it dry 24 hours.
