We got a couple of these shelves on sale. I think the sale price makes them a great value, but I can see that the regular price is a bit high. I would feel like they were a bit flimsy had I payed the full price. We turned the shelves upside down on the unit for our kitchen. That makes the shelves able to hold pantry items without them falling off. Plus everything on the shelf is more secure in case of an earthquake.

I picked this up for use in my Garage and assembled two of them side by side. The construction is simple, and the steel frames with adjustable shelves make it easy to customize to whatever size I need. I also like that the shelf holes can be used to secure the shelves to your wall.

I purchased these shelves for my garage. They work great, save space, and in my opinion, are very durable and easy to assemble. I purchased 2 shelves. I admit the instructions are poorly written, but overall, it's a great product. It's very study, fits all my tools and hardware, and has saved me a lot of space.

Pros:
-cheap
-easy to assemble
-decently sturdy
-nice look
-can be assemble as shelf or workbench

Cons:
-Will be difficult to move once weight loaded
-thickness of metal legs laughable

Thoughts:
Only worry is in regards to the design when assembled as a shelf. Top half simply rests on the bottom half legs, an extremely thin piece of metal resting on another piece of thin metal. I have some worries about putting 200lbs of material on the top half of this shelf as the top half legs are susceptible to sliding down past the bottom half legs upon which they rest. You will notice this during initial construction. Otherwise this presents an efficient, cheap, and quick storage solution.

Bought 4 sets of these to use in the attic. They are just about perfect for the storage of items in the large plastic snap lid storage containers. I liked having the lighter units in the attic as nothing being stored up there is very heavy and the bigger heavier garage type shelf units are overkill. Putting the decorations and such in the plastic containers allows these shelfs to hold two bins each per shelf. They are great for this type use. Other items such as the camping gear, sleeping bags also fit well on these. Don't confuse these units with the larger heavier Gorilla units that hold 500 to 1000 lbs per shelf. These are much lighter and smaller but for lighter storage they provide the well made Gorilla type shelf units at a much better price.

These shelves are reasonably priced and provide lots of storage. They are tricky to assemble and you definitely need two people.

Simple to assemble, took only 15 minutes or less to assemble and move into place.
They are sturdiest when screwed to the wall. The small metal attachment pieces also help stabilize them when using two side by side. Overall very good shelving units.

Very nice shelves! They assemble easily and lock together with the included notched pins. This feature is perfect for creating 'custom' fixtures, such as a workbench, extra long shelving, or a solid wall of shelving.

Only issue was at the Ace Hardware store with an employee having a bad day.

I ordered these when they were on sale. They are great for my garage and were easy to assemble. I ordered 4 sets and picked them up at my local Ace. I assembled all 4 by myself within 90 mins and they were ready to go after that.

The frame does feel a little flimsy but once they were connected to each other and the shelves in place, they are sturdy and durable for everyday storage.

i set this up as a small workbench, it was simple enough to set up, took about 20 min.
It is very durable, and can hold a good amount of weight.
Simple and does the job.
Only negative, the depth is less than i expected

I have 4 of these shelves. One contains all of my scrapbooks and pages that I sell for Creativie Memories. Another I use as a shop table. The other 2 will be used in the garage to store swimming pool and automobile supplies.

I needed more shelves for my stockpiles and this fit the bill!! They hold a ton of stuff but I wouldn't recommend putting heavy items on the top shelves! I got these when they were on sale and they are worth every penny and than some!! Took maybe 5 minutes to put two together. Will be back for more!

This has been a great way to organize several items that have been cluttering up the house. The shelf itself is very versatile. (I set mine up so that it made a workbench with shelves underneath, which nestled into a corner very nicely.) I ordered another one about a week after I picked the first one up.

This shelf unit is perfect for storing items in the basement. Easy to assemble, shelf supports just snap in place, shelves sit on supports. We were so impressed with the quality, we bought a second one to assemble as a work bench.

I'd purchased some very cheap shelves elsewhere, but after shipping costs they were only $5-10 cheaper. But when I went to assemble them, it was literally 3+ hours per shelf set, even with power tools.

These, in part due to packaging, and in part due to design, were way faster and more flexible. The only issue is you have to have a shelf near the bottom, and must have on in the center to hold the set together.

Each shelf is a thin piece of particle board which worries me a little, but not TOO thin and I'm sure it will be fine. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

If you find cheaper shelves, keep in mind that at minimum wage, you could earn enough to make up the difference 4 times over in the time you'll spend building these.

Needed shelves in a storage room of mine and this fit the dimensions i needed. Was easy to assemble and very easy to manuever. I highly recommend this if your in need to organize some storage areas. I ordered 2 and would/will order more if i need more in other areas of my building.
