Use this lubricant to coat/cover the terminal contacts on ALL battery operated device(s)and also coat the end(s) of the batteries. Especially where there is a lot of salt in the air (i.e.: near the ocean). If the batteries should leak; no problem, the contacts are completely protected and your device is saved! Just remove the leaking batteries and install fresh batteries and you're good to go!

Very briefly (without getting into my personal usage and case-histories), this IS the most effective and long lasting lubricant available. I've had the opportunity to compare it's effectiveness to all the other products including teflon lubricants, etc. I honestly wouldn't dream of using another lubricant for one of those important high-priority needs!
I have all the other sizes/products, including the spray can and the 10 oz. grease gun cartridge(s). "Shelf-life" seems to be indefinate!
There truely is no comparison! I'm still amazed by this product....it is ABSOLUTELY REMARKABLE!!

This grease is excellent in every respect. Use it in virtually all applications with confidence from fishing reels to firearms to automotive. It has a very wide temperature range. It is colorless; no staining dyes. It will not swell rubber parts.

Used this for YEARS on the inside of TV antenna coax connectors and twin lead connections. Also on coax connectors for satellite systems and any other wire connections that may have been exposed to weather or moisture. Works great as a rust preventative and anti-seize on nut and bolt threads. Keeps stainless bolts from seizing too. Very safe, according to the MSDS too.
