Bar none this is the best product for smaller projects. Everything from renewing the black on your exterior car trim pieces to wheels and everything in between, this is the perfect product. NOT for temps above 200 degrees! You can even pressure wash the surface without issue, and touching up is easy because the chemicals in the spray re-activate the surrounding area that you just sprayed for a flawless touch up.
Anyone saying that the product deteriorates after a period of time obviously didn't apply enough coats, or didn't prep the surface with alcohol. For anything exposed to environmental conditions, I recommend between 5-8 coats.

I used this product to paint my wheels on my car, for a temporary view of what black wheels would look like on my car before taking the plunge to invest in permanent black wheels.
The product worked amazingly! The car was washed, waxed, as normal for 6 months and it remained intact.
I get constant compliments on my wheels and I turn everyone I meet on to this product.
Only one problem, when you want to remove it, it is a bit tedious to remove and required a lot of elbow grease for the nooks and crannies. Used some WD-40 and it wiped it right out. Which is a good thing. Im redoing my wheels this weekend as I had removed the product to see if I wanted them silver again.

A lot of jeepers use this to black out their wheels or black out badges and emblems. Best part, it peels off when you want it gone.

Very easy to work with. The product is new therefore it will be sometime before i can answer any questions on durability, long term results. But it has promise.

I recently began painting my kayak and inorder to protect the paint I have used nothing but this plasti dip. I used the clear and it works absolutely perfect. It can get pricey [$] but for small projects, you can't beat it!
