It was easy to instal, but after about 6 months, it now refuses to refill the tank. I replaced the old flapper which may have been leaking slightly. Then I followed the instruction manual to reset the value (pull the chain for more than 5 seconds). But no matter what I try, I can't get it to reset. A quick search of the web proves that I'm far from being alone. I would not recommend this product.

After a read through of the instructions it only took 15 min to install. That's due in part because of the chain adjustment that operates the dual shut off feature. But other than that it was a breeze. Anyone can put this fill valve in!! I will buy another one for my next project.
