Walker's Ace Hardware in Niceville was established in August of 1988, when Wayne and Wanda Walker bought the last of the four Ace Hardware stores owned by Gene and Lila Gamble. After a few years of helping customers solve problems the Walkers built another Walker's Ace in Bluewater Bay in 1996. Then, in 1999, they added the Racetrack Ace Hardware in Fort Walton Beach to the family. As an independent and locally-owned hardware store chain, Walker's Ace has always been uniquely tailored to meet the needs of our community.
