Sine Ace Hardware

In the heart of downtown Glendale, Arizona, a legacy began in 1911 when brothers Van & Tuck Sine opened Sine Hardware on 58th Drive. The store quickly became more than just a business, it became a cornerstone of the community. Their impact extended far beyond hardware. The Sines once owned Glendale's original water supply tower, a vital source before selling it to the city in 1915, a move in commitment to the community. In 1991, the next generation of Sine family carried that legacy by opening a new store at 7150 N.51st Ave. Today the spirit remains the same: locally owned, community driven, and deeply rooted in Glendale values. Recognizing the Sines, City of Glendale preserves the new "Sine building" with old look from 1918 housing 7 city departments while leaving a legacy behind also shaping the future of the next generation at Sine Elementary. The torch may have been passed over but OUR VALUES REMAIN THE SAME AS THE SINES!
