I'm a do-it youselfer. I'm also verticaly challenged (AKA short). I also live alone. When I hang a picture, or change a light bulb, anything above my reach, I get out this ladder.
I feel safe when using it because it's stable, sturdy, easy to hang on to and has the flip down tray to set things on like bulbs, paint, hammers etc. so your hands are free to hang onto the ladder while doing a chore.
