I am so glad I searched for step stools on the Ace website - I found exactly what I was looking for! A lightweight, portable folding step stool that can hold up to 300 lbs! How great is that? I need it to reach the higher shelves where I work, since I'm not quite 5' tall. I got tired of lugging the kick stool we have here and I wasn't comfortable with the design.
This stool has it all - portability, it folds so it stays out of the way when not in use, the step is a good size and it won't cave in under my weight :)

The stool is a good tool for reaching shelves in the kitchen/closet, and for the little ones to rich the sink. However does not last for long periods of time. We've had our stool for 4 years and it broke. ?? Was not used everyday occasional use. There is no warranty information listed on the product nor mfg. contact info from store available for replacement. This is the only problem we had Thanks and Have a Good Day!

I have used this stool for my daily step exercises for years and I weigh 250 and treat this stool with no consideration at all. It is still working just fine and I want a second one to take with me on my motorcycle trips to use as a do-it-all picnic table as it is extremely portable and lightweight. I use it all the time and it rewards me by being there and available all the time.
