Product Overview

This tilt latch, is spring-loaded, and is used for both single and double hung vinyl windows. It is injected molded plastic in white. For use on sash panels designed to tilt-in and down from the top for cleaning. Dimensions are; 2-15/16 in. length, 1-1/8 in. width, mounting holes are 2-3/16 in. on center, with a 1/2 in. backset. Contains 1 left and 1 right-hand latch.
