Jonathan Green Veri-Green Fertilizer for Seeding & Sodding has been specifically formulated to grow quicker and thicker grass roots which are essential for surviving the stresses of summer and winter. Our seeding and sodding fertilizer is rich in phosphorus which is a key component in root formation for the development of new seedlings. This product also contains humates that enhance the efficiency, availability and exchange of plant nutrients to and from the soil. Apply fertilizer around the perimeter of the lawn to establish a turning area. Then run the spreader back and forth within the area outlined by your first perimeter application.
