Zinsser PERMA-WHITE Mold & Mildew-Proof Exterior Paint is a tintable all-purpose coating with low odor and self-priming ability. Water-based formula provides protection from mold and mildew on the paint film guaranteed for 5 years and the coating finish is guaranteed for 15 years. Allow to dry at least 2 hours before recoat and 5-7 days for full cure.
