Zinsser WaterTite Mold and Mildew-Proof Waterproofing Paint is a two coat system designed to create a protective barrier for basements and other above/below grade areas. Fast drying formula offers superior strength to prevent water seepage and can be applied to wet or dry surfaces with non-yellowing durability. First coat application primes and seals the surface, then the second (topcoat) completes the sealing process to ensure protection against water intrusion and mildew growth on the paint film.
  • Guaranteed to stop up to 34 lbs of water pressure for 5 years
  • Ideal for interior/exterior above and below grade surfaces including concrete, stucco, cement, cinder block and other masonry
  • Ultra low odor, oil-based formula combines waterproofing resins and Portland cement for a smooth, non-gritty eggshell finish
  • Covers 75 sq. ft./gal. with first coat and 100 sq. ft./gal. with 2nd coat depending on surface porosity and application method; dries to the touch in 1 hour
