Sika latex 1 gal. concrete bonding adhesive and acrylic fortifier is designed as an all-in-one formula. This low VOC formula is ideal for bonding new concrete to existing concrete. It also improves adhesion characteristics and requires no wait time before applying a top coat. Coverage is 300 square feet per gallon
  • Mortar and concrete containing Sika Latex R exhibit improved adhesion to prepared substrates
  • Increased adhesive strength of mortar/concrete when used as a bonding agent or as a bonding grout
  • Increased resistance to freeze or thaw durability
  • Does not produce a vapor barrier
