Rust-Oleum Garage and Interior Floor Primer is a premium primer/bonder with excellent top coat adhesion. Primer is designed for use over previously coated garage and interior concrete floors. After applying Garage and Concrete Floor Primer, the floor is ready to be top coated with any opaque epoxy, 2-part epoxy or RockSolid Polycuramine.
  • Suitable for use on previously painted garage and basement applications
  • Semi-transparent gray finish
  • Topcoat with any solid coating
  • Must be allowed to dry a minimum of 6 hours, but no more than 48 hours, to ensure proper adhesion of topcoat
