Insl-X High Build Peel Bonding Primer is a problem-solving primer designed to smooth and seal weathered surfaces with peeling, cracking or chalking paint. This water-based acrylic primer is ideal for - drywall, plywood, wood siding, fences, stucco, concrete and galvanized metal in residential and commercial applications. It applies as a milky white color for ease of visibility and can be applied up to 20 mils wet to ensure a smooth surface.
