The Dricore concrete repair system has been specifically designed and engineered to seal, fill, and structurally reinforce concrete cracks. This 3-step system includes: step 1 crack prep surface paste, step 2 crack injection expanding foam and step 3 the carbon fiber reinforcement kit. Dricore pro concrete repair polyurethane injection expanding foam is a two-component, low-viscosity, self-expanding polyurethane foam designed for sealing cracks in structural materials including concrete, masonry, and wood through low-pressure, gravity-feeding injection.
  • Clean the crack and immediate surrounding areas with a wire brush or optional tools if the area requires further preparation
  • Advanced, fast-acting, moisture-resistant polyurethane formula expands 15x its volume to completely fill cracks in concrete
  • Low-viscosity, easy-to-inject foam is ideal for vertical wet or dry crack repairs through injection ports
  • Interior and exterior applications
  • Use with injection ports, use single-tubes with a standard caulking gun and dual-tubes with a dual-cartridge epoxy gun
  • Examine the crack that is being repaired, lay drop cloth or cardboard on the floor
  • Dispense product through the supplied static mixing nozzles into injection port
