Zinsser WaterTite-LX Mold and Mildew-Proof Waterproofing Paint is a low odor, water based paint for above or below grade surfaces such as basements, fountains, reflecting pools, planters, retaining walls, privacy fences and more. Smooth finish can be applied by brush or roller to vertical or horizontal surfaces and cleans easily with soap and water. Bright white base can be tinted or painted with latex, oils or epoxy coatings.
  • Paintable with latex, oils, epoxies
  • Ideal for interior/exterior above and below grade application on concrete or masonry surfaces with easy soap and water clean up
  • Ultra low odor, latex based formula contains a mildewcide to prevent the growth of mold and mildew on the paint film with a bright white finish
  • Apply at least 2 coats for full protection with coverage up to 500 sq. ft. per 5 gallon pail that dries to the touch in 2 hours
