Halex Direct Burial Lay In Ground Clamp is used to secure bare copper ground wire to 3/8" rebar through 1" pipe. This new JRD is extremely versatile fits 3/8"- 1" Rebar, 1/2" - 1" pipe, 1/4" - 1" ground rods. Can be used for mechanically connecting two #8 solid wires. Lay In Lug feature is a tremendous labor saver, no threading through holes just lay in ground wire and tighten screw.
